set sail from Cherbourg on passage to Dartmouth yesterday morning and

failure in the early evening mid channel. With light airs the crew attempted

hours but were mainly being moved by the tide. Pan Pan issued and decision
taken in |
|
the early hours
to return them under tow. ALB tasked and returned yacht to Brixham. |
