was observed behaving erratically from early this morning and was checked

fishing vessel. Later '999' calls were received by HM Coastguard resulting
in a |

decision to
launch the ALB. Yacht was found at anchor at the north end of Preston Beach
near |
|
the surf line
and a large rock outcrop. ALB recovered the yacht to Torquay Harbour. |
