Shout Cancelled almost immediately. Person recovered from water by others. ILB Tasked to investigate. ILB picked them up and returned them to Torquay Harbour. After original May Day communications were lost and status of Pride of the Dart far from clear. Inshore boat launched in case there were people in the water.
